Madison was far too cute today to not have two pictures.

2 crawlers!!!

I officially have 2 crawlers!!! Maddie is now moving in the forward direction. She is still a little slow and HATES the hard wood floor but she is crawling. Her knees will toughen up and she will be all over the place like Morgan. Morgan is a little ankle biter. She sneaks up on you and you have to watch out. They have been doing a lot more babbling and they are definitely Jeff and my daughters. They are super talkative and loud. They can go on for hours and they do in the early morning. It is so cute. It's almost like they are talking to each other.

They also love to stand now. They do a great job standing when they hold on to stuff. The music table is a huge hit again now that we put the legs on it. So they stand and play. Morgan loves to suck on the coffee table.

Madison and Morgan are getting more teeth too. They are a tad crankier than usual and shove everything into their mouths (not that they ever stopped doing it).

Tomorrow is their 9 month well check up. I can't wait to find out how much they have grown in 3 months. No shots, thank goodness. I will post their stats tomorrow night.

Madison and Morgan are 9 months old today!!!

Maddie has a few strands of hair that are very long. So I decided today to put a head band in her hair. It looked very cute. I left Maddie and Morgan in the crib for a minute playing with their aquarium and this is what I found when I walked back in the room. She could still see so, I had to run and get my camera. It was so cute!

OK...so I couldn't pick just one from the photos I took today so I'm posting two. Seeing as how Madison and Morgan resist being placed on their butts by keeping their legs straight when going to put them on the floor, I decided to try them at standing since that is what they are dying to do. Update!

Here's an update for you...
Morgan is full on crawling. It is super cute. She always crawls over the house that is in the corner when it isn't in use. She had a cold last week that was pretty sad. She was super stuffy and had a horrible cough. Thankfully, Madison didn't catch it and neither did I. YAY!

Madison is up on all fours and going backwards pretty quickly. She usually gets herself stuck somewhere; under the rocking chair, under the couch or under the TV stand between the exersaucers. She is starting the yoga poses and gets very frustrated that she isn't moving forward. Maddie is starting to talk more. Her voice has changed and she sounds so cute. Unfortunately, they both love to talk at 4am!!!

Both of them are starting more finger foods. They have done really well with bread and sweet potatoes. The love Puffs and Mum Mums and yogurt melts.

This weekend they get to spend with just their daddy. I am going away for 4 days to New Orleans to hang out with about 30 moms of multiples. I am looking forward to meeting these incredible women who have supported me through bed rest, breast feeding and have given me great advice since I found out I was having twins. So if you don't see a POTD for a few days, blame Jeff! And I will update the blog with pictures when I get home and settled.

The girls got their new stroller yesterady. They went for their first walk in it today. They liked the smooth ride.

They love to watch Sesame Street. I don't let them watch TV a lot but when they get to they are focused!


Since Morgan is crawling better and better everyday, Maddie is a sitting duck for Morgan's attacks. Thankfully, it usually just for sloppy kisses.
